TMS provides specialty niche products and service solutions through appointed regional wholesale program administrators and retail agents. We currently focus on serving the hospitality, leisure and recreation industries.
Products
TMS’s core product is the commercial package. Coverage differs depending upon the specific
package, but mainly consists of commercial property, general liability, equipment breakdown, crime &
fidelity, liquor liability, and hired & non-owned auto. Monoline property and liability products are also available. Please

Technology
TMS uses web-based processes to make submission, quoting and binding easier and more efficient for you. TMS will provide same-day underwriting and quoting service,
same-day accurate policy issuance, and process efficient, accurate subsequent transactions and endorsements. Smaller specialty accounts will also
be easier with future direct billing and premium financing options (coming soon).
Underwriting authorities
Products are underwritten by designated TMS underwriters. Limited underwriting and binding
authority may be considered for specific program administrators.
New product opportunities
Unlike most other program markets, TMS will consider all product and program opportunities that meet our target criteria,
including both "start-up" and existing "roll-over" business. Our business model and automated environment allow us to consider smaller programs and product
opportunities, compared to most other carriers, who require high minimum production levels. We welcome your
new product ideas.
